Where is your shop located? We are located at 5342 Prosperity Church Road. From WT Harris:
  • Right on Mallard Creek Rd (you will see Eckerd on Right).
  • Left on Mallard Creek Church Road (turns into Prosperity Church Road).
  • Right into BiLo, you will see our sign.
  • From North Lake Mall:

  • Left at Mallard Creek Rd, then same as above.
  • From I-85 South:

  • Exit 46B "W. Mallard Creek Church Road".
  • Right at top of the exit.
  • Go straight for about 5 minutes and make a right into Bilo.
  • From I-85 North:

  • Exit 46: same as above.

    How long will it take to complete my alterations or shoe repair? We schedule pickups for 3 business days, but for more complicated work like formal dresses, usually a week.
    Q: Do you offer emergency rush service? : Most of the time yes, it's based on our work load. We don't charge extra for same day service.
    Do you alter wedding dresses and formals? Yes. We have more than 20 years of experiencce in altering dresses and formals. Whether you need your dress hemmed, or completely re-sized, we can make your dress fit the way it was meant to fit. We know how important your special day is to you. Le tus take the worry out of fitting your dress.
    Can you custom clothes? We are not completely set up to custom make clothes at this time. Due to limitation of space, equipment, and labor at our location we are setup to do repairs only. However, we can make some curtains, pillows, and other decorative fabric items for your home or business.
    Do you tailor suits? Yes. We can make any needed adjustments to make your suit fit great!
    Do you do alterations for children? Yes. All ages are welcome!
    Do I need to mark or pin my garments before I bring them to you? No. We have 2 fitting rooms in our shop, so you can try it on and let us fit it for you. A professional measurement is the best way to make sure you get professional alterations.
    What forms of payment do you accept? We accept cash or checks only.
    Am I required to pay when I drop off my item for alterations? No. You can pay when you pick up your item. However, we may ask for a deposit for larger projects.
    Do you offer monogramming services? No. We do not offer monogramming.
