We aim for quailty work and customer satisfaction with every item you leave in our care. If you are ever dissatisfied with our work, we will redo it with no additional cost until you are satsified. We believe customer service is just as important as high quality work. We want you to feel good and trust that we can take care of any items you bring into our store. This belief has kept our customers coming back through all the years in business. We first opened in the University Place (right across from Old Navy). The business grew from there and now gladly serving our customers in the Prosperity Market since 2000. The business remains solid with the same owners. This is a family owned business operated by mom and daughter as the seamstress, dad and son-in-law as the shoe repairman. Together, we can repair just about anything you carry into the store.
